This is a MyWTS web portal page added to provide a temporary location to share TEXTBOOK INFORMATION for courses offered as part of our Masters degree programs or their electives.

Our previous "virtual bookstore" is in the process of being retired as a result of Amazon's discontinuation of their affiliates program, which Wartburg Seminary has been a part for many years.  Until its replacement "virtual bookstore" is ready on the seminary's public website, we are sharing textbook information by way of PDF documents that list books needed for each course, and provide individual links to Amazon or other sites as an option of where a student can buy any requested textbook or other needed classroom resource.

2017 Fall Semester
Textbooks for All Masters Courses, Fall 2017 (.pdf, 2112K)

This is now an updated version through September 14, with a recent change to MN 195W Rural Plunge, making the reading choice required. Previously (Sept. 1) MN 350W was changed, plus earlier changes (August 25) to the MN 106W entries (as two of the books are now available in paperback, as opposed to hardcover), as well as now replacement entries for HT 264W, MN 157W, and MN 306W. The rest of the information was originally listed on August 1, 2017.

Textbooks for just the New Incoming Student Courses, Fall 2017 (.pdf, 609K)

This document gives information for the typical first-year, Fall Semester courses that new MDiv, MA, and MA in Diaconal Ministry students usually register for. This is now an updated version (August 25), with changes made to the MN 106W entries (as two of the books are now available in paperback, as opposed to hardcover) and now MN 157W. The rest of the information was originally listed on August 1, 2017.
