Thank you for your interest in Wartburg Theological Seminary!

Wartburg Seminary requires personal and professional references for applicants to all of our degree programs.  References are now handled automatically as part of the application process.  When filling out the application, simply provide the name and email address of the people who have agreed to be your reference and they will automatically be sent an email with a unique URL to the online reference form.  Once submitted, this will be added to your file.

All references are confidential. They are received and reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Some suggestions:

• Ask your references ahead of time if they would be willing to provide a reference for you.  This way they know to be watching for an email from Wartburg Theological Seminary Admissions.
• Choose people who know you well and can evaluate your gifts for ministry, academic ability, and/or work ethic.
