Web Portal Use Suggestions

MyWTS works best when viewed through Chrome or Edge.  Firefox usually works as well, but must be current on updates.  If you experience issues with MyWTS, first check that your browser is up to date.

Please DO NOT use your browser's Back button to return to a previous page; this could cause an error and may result in the loss of any unsaved work.  Please always navigate using the Tabs at the top, the list of shortcuts and "Quick Links" to the left, the links provided within a page, or by using the You Are Here "bread crumb" trail found just below the top banner.

Problems with a Password?

MyWTS: Once logged in, students, admissions candidates, and alumni can change their password to something they prefer by clicking on the "Personal Info" link under the WTS banner and then clicking the Password tab.  (This feature is disabled for most faculty and staff unless specifically notified otherwise.) If having trouble with password reset, contact Ted Winders, Director for IT, at twinders@wartburgseminary.edu. If everything fails, contact Erik Preston, Database Consultant, at  epreston@wartburgseminary.edu.
